WHAT IF MY AMPLIFIER IS NOT LISTED?

Unfortunately repair is only available for those amplifiers listed within the above pages. Rather than be a fix anything and be 'expert at nothing' operation repairs are restricted those popular models listed. As a result a considerable amount of experience on those models means that not only will the fault you report be rectified but also many other latent developing issues in addition that most owners are unaware of.

HOW DO I PAY?

Once repair and a period of testing is complete you will be emailed a comprehensive repair report along with an invoice which is payable by Paypal. Following payment your repaired amplifier is then promptly dispatched back via UPS (normally a 1 to 2 day Mon - Fri service). Most customers are in receipt of their repaired amplifier from 1 to 2 weeks after they originally dispatched it for repair.
